Starting from the1st of May 2014, Avis Budget Italia has entrusted SAFO for physical and electronic filing service management in outsourcing as well as document handling and vehicles equipments that are purchased for the car rental service without a driver and subsequently resold or returned.
SAFO can offer its services with care and punctuality, thanks to its strong and long-standing experience acquired with other car rental companies and to its qualified and specialist staff.SAFO internal ICT division has designed an ad-hoc program for an optimal document handling through customized access to the web system and ensuring maximum privacy and full compliance with all the provisions of the Privacy Code.
By doing so, SAFO can provide its clients with the documentary support needed in order to carry out their business efficiently. It means an efficient and effective service that ensures quick and easy access to data, enabling rental companies to considerably reduce their cost management.
